The usb will hold approx 200 pages of information (128mb) and you can add or delete any information on the file that you decide to.
The usb is a robust, obvious and easily clips to your keys or if you're buying this for someone who is disabled, the lanyard is the best way to carry it. You can add two people's details to the file like my wife and I do for when we swap cars. Just enter for example Driver#1 Male 57 and Driver #2 Female 53 etc...
